Who Am I
I am a proud Mexican-American, the daughter of parents who immigrated to the United States in pursuit of opportunity. Their example of hard work and perseverance shaped who I am today and fuels the way I approach both business and life.
My passion for real estate and mortgage is deeply personal. When my parents lost our family home during the 2008 recession, I saw firsthand the emotional and generational impact of homeownership. That experience inspired me to help others protect and build their futures through real estate. Since 2017, I’ve been a licensed mortgage loan officer and licensed real estate agent, guiding everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors through transactions ranging from multi-million-dollar deals to their very first keys.
I’m known for my ability to negotiate with precision and lead with confidence. When I speak, people listen — a skill that has allowed me to navigate complex deals and advocate effectively for my clients. In 2025, I’ve been honored to serve as President of National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) San Gabriel Valley Chapter, furthering my leadership and public speaking work.
Outside of my professional life, I founded Confident Girl Club, a women’s book club and empowerment community that encourages women to lean on one another to build confidence. I’m also married to Angel Rosales, owner of Salúd Vintage Mobile Bar, a proud mom to my exceptional daughters, and part of a deeply entrepreneurial family. My mission both personally and professionally, is to create opportunities, build community, and inspire others from friends, family and colleagues to define and achieve their own version of success.
Very sincerely,
— Steph
